Part 1: Vineyard Tour & Biodynamic Wine Masterclass
Part 2: Paddock Plate Luncheon with Joel Salatin, 
           Matt Wilkenson and James Henry

 Part 1: For the first half of our two-part Tasting Australia program, take a tourthrough NGERINGA’s vineyards with Erinn and Janet to see the vines up close, learn about the practice of biodynamic viticulture and participate in a Masterclass to taste through Erinn's selection of NGERINGA wines, including back vintage and barrel samples. Learn why Erinn and Janet believe that biodynamic winegrowing is essential to making wines with integrity to their terroir, showing genuine vitality and expression.

10am - 12.30pm. $35/person. Limited capacity. Bookings required.
 

Part 2: In the second half of the program, see, taste and debate sustainability and ethical agricultural production with biodynamic winegrowers Erinn and Janet Klein, one of the world's most influential farmers Joel Salatin (USA), and like-minded culinary leaders Matt Wilkenson of Pope Joan (Vic) and James Henry of Restaurant Bones (Paris). Sit down to NGERINGA’s five-course, wine-matched Paddock Plate menu featuring estate-grown, local and sustainable produce and participate in a stimulating, informal panel discussion with Joel Salatin on paddock-based farming and what's at the heart of his Polyface Farms.
