Winter Reds: Fire in the fields of Ngeringa X Andrew Wandless

Join us for a delicious feast prepared by Andrew Wandless, head chef of Una Más (Sydney).

After almost 10 years in London working in some of the world’s most prestigious kitchens, including the Michelin-starred ‘Hibiscus’ and ‘Texture’, Andrew is back on Australian soil to showcase his mouth watering menu. Andrew has followed his passion for whole-animal butchery and over-the-fire cooking and we are very excited to see him in his element bringing together a feast of Ngeringa biodynamic produce.

Begin your evening by the fire in the field whilst enjoying canapes and a complimentary glass of Ngeringa wine, followed by a 4 course meal in the straw bale barrel shed.

We will be showcasing our new release single vineyard Chardonnay and Syrah and small-batch Sangiovese, Nebbiolo & Aglianico.
