“91 Points. This wine offers us chardonnay which saw a skin ferment/soak for ten days. From Adelaide Hills, from the duo Erinn Klein (Ngeringa) and Brendan Cato (Carto Wines). BD cert.
Chewy, puckering white that marries depth of chardonnay flavour with some greener, sour tang, herbal notes and a swish of fine, light tannin. It’s an interesting, volume up chardonnay. Lively and tart, delivering texture in spades, some complexity is the gist, though you’ll have to like the greener gauge spectrum of chardonnay on display.” – Mike Bennie, The Wine Front (September 2020)
