“90 Points. “The project that combines Brendan Cato (Carto Wines) and Erinn Klein (Ngeringa), and, this, a co-fermented Adelaide Hills tempranillo, aglianico, pinot noir, syrah, of lightness and freshness. Certified biodynamic too. A huge 308 bottles made.
Tart and tense, crisp and crunchy, sour cherry, some rubbery-bitumen notes, ferrous savouriness and a wild streak. Has a lot going on, and still holds onto high refreshment factor. Vivacious, bright, light red of electric tang and thirst-quenching nature. Interesting mix of characters here giving drinkers compulsion. I’m in for a few.” – Mike Bennie, The Wine Front (September 2020)
