Mushroom foraging and a wild, wine-matched brunch in Basket Range followed by a barrel tasting and long lunch at NGERINGA.

Share a full day of dedicated attention by experienced international foragingchef Brendan Cato of  The Farmed Table (Syd) and one of Australia’s pioneering biodynamic winemakers – our own Erinn Klein – in search of the elusive porcini and other wild mushrooms. Start early(ish) Sunday morning in the frosty surrounds of Basket Range and then brunch under the trees in the forest with NGERINGA wines on our new Basket Range property. Later, we will travel to our biodynamic vineyards and winery below Mount Barker Summit for a private barrel tasting, farm tour and a long shared Farmed Table lunch, where all of the produce will come from the farm itself, from our olive oil and vinegar to our freshly picked organic veg and meat from the paddocks. Return home with a gift bottle of NGERINGA Syrah 2015.
