Recently back from a 10-year stint overseas, Andrew gained acclaim as Head Chef at London’s acclaimed Texture Restaurant. We’re excited at the chance to see him at work over open fire pits in the field, bringing a five-course feast of fresh Ngeringa biodynamic produce, paired with a selection of our finest Ngeringa single-vineyard vintages. As the cooler weather hits the hills come alive with all kinds of new seasonal bounty. Join the Ngeringa team and special guest, The Farmed Table’s Brendan Cato, for a relaxed morning outing, foraging for wild mushrooms in the stunning Basket Ranges. We’ll then return to the vineyard for a Ngeringa x Farmed Table lunch, where Brendan will bring the best of Ngeringa’s fresh produce to the table, paired with a handpicked selection of wines from our current and cellared vintage wines.
