Excitingly spicy, fresh and full flavoured, Ngeringa 2008 Extra Virgin Olive Oil is inspiring to the palate - a salad dressing on its own, as a pasta oil or just for dipping good bread! In colour it is vibrant green and gleaming with vitality!
Notes: Picked over 4 weeks in late May early June with our ailing Italian hand olive shaker! Harvested earlier than most to capture spicy flavours and vibrant colour. Predominantly Frantoio, but with Koronaki and SA Verdale also in the blend. This year, the SA Verdale cropped prolifically despite being unirrigated. Minimal intervention, no spraying and only light pruning after a heavy pruning the year before.
