SIMON BRYANT LUNCHEON to LAUNCH OUR WINTER PADDOCK PLATE

SUNDAY 16th June, 1pm - 5pm

The most exciting event to hit our cellar door yet - an afternoon of sustainable and ethically sourced food and wine with chef Simon Bryant in the kitchen!

Join us for a gourmet luncheon to launch our seasonal cellar door menu, the Winter Paddock Plate - a paddock-to-plate flavour experience of estate-grown, biodynamic, organic and local produce.

Feast on pork rillettes, chestnut soufflé, aniseed-liqueur marinated lamb, beef ragù pie and lavender panna cotta matched to our biodynamic wines.

Luncheon will be served in our straw-bale winery.

A delectable menu of wood-oven pizzas laden with estate-grown, local and fresh produce handmade to order. Seasonal dessert to finish. Gluten free & vegetarian options available.

Starting with a brief conservation talk given by Professor Phill Cassey of the University of Adelaide at our 2012 Feral Feast, we embarked on our NGERINGA Conversation Sessions - short public lectures at select events that will educate and inspire on issues close to our hearts.
