BIODYNAMIC CHEESE TASTING PLATE
Our tasting plate is a celebration of the flavours of terroir and local, biodyamic production, comprising three delicious cheeses from Adelaide Hills producers Divine Dairy and BD Farm Paris Creek. Accompanied by estate-made rose petal jelly and locally baked Mylor sourdough bread, the cheeses have been carefully matched to three NGERINGA wines.
