sourced food and wine featuring estate-grown and local, biodynamic and organic produce. Designed exclusively for NGERINGA by a renowned Adelaide-based chef, the Paddock Plate is a complete immersion in what me make, do and believe at NGERINGA. Enjoy the Paddock Plate as a guided degustation matched to our biodynamic wines or as a shared platter.
This spring, feast on potted beef, paddock pigs, goat's cheese soufflé and lamb tagine, finished with limoncello parfait.
